About Antoine​

 

Antoine D. Daniels is an attorney practicing in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal law.  Attorney Daniels was born in St. Petersburg, FL and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for most of
his life.

​

Mr. Daniels graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. At Florida State University, he was inducted into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated, and served as the President of his fraternity. During his time at Florida State University, Mr. Daniels served the local community through various mentor programs, campus-wide service programs, and coaching youth football.

Mr. Daniels received his Juris Doctorate from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. While at FAMU College of Law, Mr. Daniels participated in various Trial Advocacy courses, served as a law school ambassador, and remained active with numerous community service-based initiatives. In addition, Mr. Daniels was selected as a Judge Advocate General Summer Intern for the United States Army.

As a student, Mr. Daniels assisted indigent clients through the FAMU College of Law legal clinic. After graduating from law school Mr. Daniels was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of 2013. Mr. Daniels then had the honor to serve as a Public Defender in Hillsborough County. As a Public Defender Mr. Daniels had the opportunity to work on cases that ranged from misdemeanor offenses to serious felony cases, including a murder case.

Before starting The Daniels Legal Firm, PLLC, Mr. Daniels was an Insurance Defense Attorney for a large insurance company.  While working in Insurance Defense, he had the opportunity to work on personal injury matters, property damage matters, bad-faith litigation and was placed in charge of facilitating apportion settlement conferences. Attorney Daniels plans to utilize all his experiences to provide his clients with zealous representation.

 

Outside of practicing law Mr. Daniels remains active in the community. He volunteers with Lawyers for Literacy and at Metropolitan Ministries. He also serves as a volunteer basketball coach for the local YMCA as well as a local high school in Hillsborough County.
